The frontline PDP governorship aspirant, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, popularly known as OBA, has presented his People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial nomination form to the foremost, reputable, and respected leader of the PDP, Olorogun Eddy Olafeso, and former House of Representatives member, Hon. Mike Omogbehin.
OBA, who visited the party’s state secretariat to present his form before the state leadership of the party yesterday, said it was important to visit Chief Olafeso, Hon. Omogbehin, and other party leaders of the state to appraise the state of the party and as well get their endorsement as required for his nomination form.
Olorogun Eddy Olafeso, who is a former South West Chairman, former Commissioner, and member of the National Working Committee of the PDP, encouraged him, saying the party appreciates OBA and others who are doing their best to promote the PDP.
In like manner, Hon. Mike Omogbehin, who welcomed OBA, said he is optimistic that the PDP is coming back to take over the mantle of leadership in Ondo state. Prince Omogbehin appreciated OBA for his consistency even as he prayed for his success at the polls.
