Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, a leading gubernatorial aspirant of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State, has reaffirmed his commitment to the party and pledged to deliver quality governance if elected as the next governor. During a visit to the PDP members in Odigbo Local Government Area, Akingboye solicited their support for his gubernatorial ambition in the forthcoming November elections.
Addressing the party faithful, Akingboye expressed gratitude for the unwavering support he has received from the Odigbo chapter and urged them to stand solidly behind his aspiration to lead the state. He commended the local government for their loyalty and responsiveness whenever he calls upon them.
In a bid to strengthen the party’s structure, Akingboye pledged his support towards the establishment of a dedicated secretariat for Odigbo PDP, where members can convene their meetings and activities.
Highlighting his plans for the state, Akingboye assured the Odigbo PDP of quality governance and promised to prioritize the development of the party if given the opportunity to fly the party’s flag in the upcoming primaries.
